Can I customize my cleaning plan?
Absolutely! We offer fully customizable cleaning plans tailored to your preferences and requirements. Whether you need specific tasks, have special requests, or want to adjust the frequency of our visits, we’re here to accommodate your needs.
What’s included in a regular cleaning service?
Our regular cleaning service typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surface disinfection, and trash removal. If you have additional requests, we can discuss them when customizing your plan.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment?
It’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key or access instructions, allowing us to clean while they’re away. Rest assured that your security and privacy are paramount to us.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 48hrs in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
How do you handle pets during cleaning?
We love pets! If you have pets, we’ll work with you to ensure they are comfortable during our visit. Please let us know if your pets have any specific needs or if there are areas we should avoid.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24hrs of the cleaning, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
